for our clients and their end customers which is as high as
possible. This is feasible if we make sure there is optimal
customer value by means of the product, the process of the service
they provide and included good returns and margin.
SmartOEM© is
value engineering and more. It is an approach with a permanent
change in the way in which the customer specific orders are
designed and produced. SmartOEM is an approach in which product
portfolio, order creation and purchase (procurement) are matched
integrally to ‘best-cost’ solution. Structuring of customer wishes
and translating it into a flexible configure-to-order product
family plays an important role here. The supply-chain is prepared
to realise a flexible customer specific production and is focused
on constant cost reduction.
