Mission
Post en Dekker creates new business for the manufacturing industry by developing and securing flexible, smart and innovative product families. We do this by introducing modular configure-to-order product families into the development chain of original equipment manufacturers, which can be realized easier, cheaper and faster. We put up an efficient order creation process in their primary business process and we also organize an efficient and flexible supply chain.
Vision
Post en Dekker is convinced that an integral design strategy makes it possible for original equipment manufacturers to build their machines in a more efficient manner, reducing their administrative overheads drastically and improving their strategic position. After having worked on implementation with various clients for fifteen years, with dozens of successful cases, this integral design strategy not only appears to be an option but also a necessity. The world we live in has become faster, the competition more fierce and China and other low-cost players force companies to come up with the lowest integral costs.
Manufacturers that build client specific machines in low volume and high diversity, must excel in flexibility and efficiency. First of all, they must of course have things sorted out in the and now, but ‘survival of the fittest’ in the long run takes more. Therefore, integrally designed configure-to-order product families offer the indispensable strategic advantage of (much) shorter time-to-market and halving of costs with regard to separate machine designs.
The necessary choice for an integral design of modular product families has been consequently extended to the lean design of the integral business case and integral chain flexibility. Post en Dekker offers specific bridging technology with which original equipment manufacturers can bridge the gap with each challenge – operational, tactical or strategic – to the top of their market segment.

- It is important to keep dreaming. Dreams give you the courage to continue even when things are not going as planned. They provide you happiness if you make them come true. We are working hard to make our dreams come true.
- We have realized our smaller dreams from the beginning and we are proud of that. Now, our dreams are getting bigger… Post en Dekker is growing. In 2016, we aim to have recruited a team of experienced engineers. Designers with a clear look on the Dutch manufacturing industry.
- The fact that we, as a small engineering company, can be of great meaning to our client. We regard this as an important motive for the implementation of our assignments.
