Feeding Sparck’s automated packaging solutions needed an upgrade to address several crucial factors, including ergonomics, footprint, uptime, and cost-efficiency, all while ensuring quick installation and adaptability to different layouts. To achieve this, we adopted a comprehensive approach.

Bridging the Challenge

Combined with a wish for low cost, quick install, multi layout match and robustness, a simple idea was chosen, extensively tested and designed to meet all requirements. A modular product family was created to match every possible layout wish with a minimal footprint.

Approach

We started by translating the complex requirements into clear, actionable concepts. This allowed us to break down the project into manageable steps. Anticipating potential risks, we introduced Proofof-Concepts early in the process, which helped validate our ideas before committing to full-scale development. This proactive approach ensured that we could address issues early on, minimizing costly setbacks later.
