Bravilor Bonamat is taking on a new challenge: developing a milk foam machine for FrieslandCampina. To make this possible, they needed to scale up their engineering capacity — and that’s where our project began.

Bridging the Challenge

The project involves designing a new machine based on an existing concept. It is engineered to be maintenance-free, cost-efficient, and compatible with both a direct water connection and integrated water tank.

Approach

The development began with a functional milk foam concept and a design mockup provided by an external agency. During the feasibility phase, the structural composition of the machine was defined, focusing on the division between frame components and housing elements.

The result

• Concept, prototyping and 0-serie design and validation.
• Within costprice target!
• Customer is ready to go: design and supply chain are ready for first order production.
